As of fall 2021, Rice Jones also offers an undergraduate business major. Its first class will graduate this May.

Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business ranks No. 6 nationally for its online Master of Business Administration program, according to Poets&Quants rankings released today. MBA@Rice is the fastest-growing program at the business school since its launch in 2018.
“Someone is going to become really, really rich if they can figure out how to get unmotivated people interested in really thinking about money,” said Utpal Dholakia, marketing professor at Rice Business who has studied people’s relationships to money.
