Leading Forward: Advancing Your Career and Elevating Others
Rice Business Executive Education and The Woodlands Area Economic Development Partnership invite you to join business leaders from across The Woodlands and Greater Houston for a candid conversation about leadership, career advancement, and creating opportunities for others.
Through a conversation with Dr. Debra Sukin, President and CEO of Texas Children’s, moderated by Yan Anthea Zhang, attendees will explore two interconnected dimensions of leadership: how women can strategically advance their careers and how leaders can use their influence to elevate others.
The discussion will highlight pivotal career moments, strategies for building visibility and influence, cultivating meaningful professional relationships, and the importance of mentorship, sponsorship, and advocacy in developing the next generation of leaders.
