Rice Business alumni, join us on Thursday, March 11 at 6 pm CT for a beer tasting with Alex Porter '18! Alex is an MBAP-W alumnus and the founder of Southern Yankee Beer Company, a great craft brewery in Spring (with a new location coming in the loop!). Alex and his sister, the brewer, will walk us through four of their beers and tell us about their journey.

Ticket options:

• $10: "Just tasting," includes access to the Zoom meeting, registrants are responsible for acquiring their own beer but recommendations will be provided
• $20: "Tasting + beer," includes four 16 oz cans of beer, registrant must pick up from McNair Hall the day of the event
• $40: "Tasting + beer + cheese," includes four 16 oz cans of beer and a cheese plate from Houston Dairymaids, registrant must pick up from McNair Hall the day of the event.

If you live outside Houston, choose the "Just Tasting" option and you will receive recommendations for beers to pick up at your local liquor store. If you live in Houston, you can choose any of the three options.

There will not be an in-person option for this event. The Zoom information will be sent out the day prior to the event.
