Rice Business is proud to host the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Commodity and Energy Markets Association (CEMA), taking place June 16–17.
The CEMA Annual Meeting, a premier academic conference, gathers researchers and practitioners engaged in the study or application of economics, finance, mathematics, operations and risk management in commodity and energy markets.
In addition to hosting the annual meeting, we are thrilled to honor Vincent Kaminski, a leading voice in energy finance and a professor in the practice of energy management at Rice Business, as he receives CEMA’s Lifetime Achievement Award at a dinner on June 16 sponsored by TD International.
The 2025 CEMA conference welcomes research contributions across all areas of the commodity and energy markets, with a particular focus on the clean energy transition and its implications for climate change, sustainability and the evolving global energy landscape.
