Xuanqi Xiao is a first-year PhD student in Operations Management at Rice Business. He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics in China and his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in management from the Technical University of Munich (TUM) in Germany.
