As Vice President of Brand, Marketing, Innovation & Ecommerce at AlEn USA, a global Latin American consumer goods company, she leads growth strategy across the multicultural consumer segments reshaping American markets. Her career spans Whirlpool and Kohler across the United States, India, Mexico, and Italy, not as an expatriate on assignment, but as a practitioner who had to earn fluency in every room she entered. That experience produced a distinct point of view on modern marketing leadership: that the executives who have navigated across cultures, categories, and constraints are building a form of strategic intelligence that homogeneous teams cannot replicate, and that AI, used well, amplifies that edge rather than replacing it.
