Scott Livingston
President, Intervention & Stimulation Equipment, National Oilwell Varco
Scott Livingston currently serves as President, Intervention & Stimulation Equipment, which provides leading-edge technologies and solutions to oilfield pressure pumpers, coiled tubing operators, and wireline service providers.
Scott has worked for NOV since 2001, garnering increasing levels of management responsibilities for projects and operations, delivering solutions to newbuild offshore vessels. He spent six years in Singapore overseeing worldwide installation and commissioning (I&C) for new rigs as VP I&C during the height of the offshore build cycle in SE Asia. After returning to Houston in 2012 Scott spent the next 6 years in senior executive roles leading various aspects of NOV Rig System’s onshore and offshore global businesses, production operations, and engineering before assuming his current role in 2018.
Prior to joining NOV, Scott served 8 years as an Officer in the US Air Force involved in maintenance, logistics, and program management for new aircraft weapons systems.
Scott also serves on the Advisory Council for the Petroleum Equipment Services Association (PESA) and on the Board for Impact a Hero, a PTSD related veterans’ organization.
Scott graduated from Texas A&M with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and obtained a Masters of Logistics Management from Georgia College while in the military.
