Rosa Walker has 25 years of experience working in administrative and management-level roles with large U.S. law firms. She has a strong background in human resources management and currently serves as chief diversity and inclusion officer.
In this role, Rosa collaborates with various affinity and ERG networks, the firm’s executive team, department directors, lawyers and staff across the firm’s global presence to continuously build and strengthen the firmwide mission of improving diversity and inclusion. Her competencies focus on expanding recruitment, improving retention and promoting advancement of all attorneys and staff members, with an emphasis on those who have been underrepresented in the field.
