Nazia Mohammed is general manager of strategy, technology and investment for Phillips 66, a diversified energy company. She has nearly 20 years of professional experience in the oil and gas industry, with expertise in energy asset and corporate development, M&A, A&D, investments and strategy. Before assuming her current role in 2023, Mohammed served as an executive director at global investment bank Moelis & Company advising clients across the conventional, unconventional and new energy sectors. Prior to joining Moelis in 2019, she held a variety of roles in technical, commercial, corporate development and strategy at Shell.
Mohammed holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi, a master’s in petroleum and natural gas engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
