Natalie Smith

Natalie Nicole Smith is a strategy and transactions senior director within the value creation practice at EY, serving private equity clients from the beginning to the end of the deal life cycle that have a focused portfolio within the advanced manufacturing and mobility and retail sectors. Prior to that, she worked in their M&A practice as a senior consultant. Natalie began her career as an offshore engineer at BP and had the pleasure of executing her own procedures for six years within the Gulf of Mexico across facilities, rigs and vessels. Natalie earned a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Prairie View A&M University, an M.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan, and an MBA from Rice University, where she started her company, Sisterly Village, a social enterprise that designed and produced attire for women’s organizations. Outside of work, she enjoys being a devoted wife and mother to her son and daughter.
