Narmeen Somani

Narmeen Somani is a PMBA’22 student who currently works at MD Anderson Cancer Center as a Project Manager in the Investigational New Drugs Office. In this role, she ensures FDA regulatory compliance for clinical research trials.

Narmeen has a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Health Policy from Brandeis University in Waltham, MA and a Master’s in Public Health (MPH) from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. She is currently enrolled in Professional MBA Evening program at the Jones Graduate School of Business and expects to graduate in May 2022.

Narmeen is serving as a student liaison on the board of Rice Business Partners – a non-profit organization that aims to connect Houston areas businesses to Rice community.

Outside of school, Narmeen enjoys travelling and spending time with her family along with managing a small jewelry business that she is the owner of.
