Megan Gresham

Megan Gresham joined IKAV, a privately held European renewables investment firm, in 2020 to build the company’s U.S. oil and gas practice after its first acquisition. Over her tenure, Megan has led the U.S. team through six transactions including acquiring Aera (more than $4 billion), merging it with California Resources Corp. (more than $2 billion), and selling its San Juan assets to Mach Natural Resources (more than $780 million). Previously, Megan was director at Wells Fargo Securities Energy Investment Banking and held various accounting and finance roles at Anadarko Petroleum Corp. Megan holds a CPA in the state of Texas, an MBA from Rice University and a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from the University of Houston. She lives in Houston with her husband and three children.
