Maria Moncada Alaoui

Maria Moncada Alaoui is the General Manager for BMW of West Houston on the Katy Freeway. She's been in the automotive industry for more than 25 years and held several positions, working her way up from administration to management. Maria has been with BMW for 15 years and proudly serves as General Manager. In her current role, she is responsible for operational and financial oversight, as well as customer and associate satisfaction.

Maria has been recognized as Executive of the Year by the Mayor of Houston, Sylvester Turner, at the tribute to Hispanic women. Additionally, she was named one of the top 30 most influential women in Houston by Dmars. She led her dealership in being recognized as the 2021 top BMW dealership in the North American market as well as the “best of the best in 2020” by the Houston Chronicle.

She is passionate about giving back to the Houston community, and is involved with Women Driving Business, Bo’s place, The Lupus Foundation, the Houston Foodbank, and Houston Children’s Charity, where she serves on the Board of Directors. Maria serves on the advisory council of Altus Global Network and the board of the Latino Learning Center.

Maria attended Sonic’s Dealer Academy and Leadership Academy and graduated as a fellow of San Diego’s University Shakti Leadership Program.
