Initially launched as a Kickstarter project, nutpods debuted at No. 13 on Inc. 5000’s list of fastest-growing companies and was named Amazon “Small Business of the Year” (both in 2019). The company was successfully sold in 2024. Madeline is a recognized business leader featured in Inc. Magazine’s Female Founders 200 (2023), named Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year (2019), and profiled by Forbes in “Meet the Women Leading the Future of Food” (2017). A proud Seattleite, Madeline holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington and an MBA from Seattle University. She currently serves on private boards and is a frequent public speaker.
