Leng Lim

Leng Lim is vice president of design engineering at HP. She graduated with a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Stanford and has worked her way from mechanical engineer to vice president. Her experience has ranged from networking design at Motorola and product design at Apple to early work in a Silicon Valley startup. Acute decision-making, in-depth technical acumen and passion for talent has made her one of the most influential technology leaders at HP. She has a passion for nurturing talent, akin to her love for tending to her garden. Traveling and exploring new experiences invigorate her mind, sparking fresh ideas and concepts. She is married with two children, ages 16 and 9.
