Kristen Ghattas
General Manager, Gas Supply & Trading for the Americas, Chevron
Kristen Ghattas serves as Chevron’s general manager, Gas Supply & Trading for the Americas, where she is responsible for the company’s natural gas and natural gas liquids trading activities. She previously served as general manager, Value Chain Optimization and Commercial, where she was responsible for the company’s wellhead- to-customer margin optimization for Chevron’s significant Permian and Haynesville assets. Kristen joined Chevron with the acquisition of Noble Energy and led the merger integration team. At Noble, she held positions of increasing responsibility including vice president, Strategy, Planning & Analysis and director, Eastern Mediterranean Strategy & Planning. She started her career at J.P. Morgan in M&A investment banking, and has worked across multiple industries including technology, media and oilfield services. She received her B.A., JD, and MBA from Yale University. She currently serves on the executive committee of the Center for LNG and on the board of Chevron’s joint venture with Brightmark in renewable natural gas. She lives in Houston with her husband and two sons, and enjoys teaching, traveling and team sports.
