Kim Head

Kimberly Head serves as senior vice president of global commercial operations for Phillips 66, a leading integrated downstream energy provider. With more than 25 years of energy industry expertise, Kimberly brings deep knowledge of commodity trading, asset optimization and operations management. In her current role, she leads a global team responsible for coordination of global supply chain operations, ensuring efficient movement of crude oil and refined products across domestic and international markets. Most recently, she led global trading operations as vice president in Houston, Texas. Before that, she served as general manager of global crude trading and London lead executive. Her commercial leadership experience also includes managing NGL trading and scheduling, overseeing distillate trading for the Americas, and leading natural gas trading for the Midcontinent region. She holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology.
