Justin Doolittle

Justin is a professional weekend MBA student with an expected graduation date of May 2026. He is serving with the REFS Marketing team and is a member of the Energy and Cleantech Association and the Private Equity/Venture Capital Association. Prior to Rice, Justin graduated from Lamar University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2017.

Justin is a licensed Professional Engineer with a Mechanical focus and works as a Project Engineer with Fenix Solutions, managing a variety of engineering and construction projects in the Energy industry. With over 8 years of experience in the engineering services industry, Justin has worked across numerous engineering disciplines in projects across the US.

Outside of work and school, Justin enjoys time with his wife, two dogs, and surrounding family. He is an avid musician, able to play multiple instruments, and when the weather is cooler, he enjoys camping and fishing.
