Jessica Bolaños

Jessica Bolaños runs a Houston-based video marketing agency that helps impact-driven organizations increase visibility and awareness through storytelling and strategic content. A first-generation Colombian American, Jessica brings over 20 years of experience spanning marketing, media and social entrepreneurship. Her career began as an independent brand ambassador and market manager for Fortune 100 and 500 brands including L’Oréal, Dodge/Chrysler and Anheuser-Busch, later evolving into a creative strategist serving CEOs, nonprofit leaders and venture capitalists. Since co-founding Goodspero in 2014, she has led projects for clients including the city of Houston, Impact Hub Houston, Google, BakerRipley, The Ion and the University of Houston’s Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship. Jessica is also a mentor for the Wolff Center at UH, REDSpark accelerator and Empowering Women Out of Prison, and supports women entrepreneurs globally through KIVA.
