Jerry Guerrero
Director, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Roku
Jerry is a global diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) leader with 16 years of DE&I-related experience and 23 years of combined management consulting and industry experience in DE&I, organizational change management, communications, learning and development, accounting, finance and data analysis. He has extensive experience overseeing DEI strategies across the globe and is equipped to rapidly adapt and deliver solutions in complex business environments.
Throughout his career, he has worked in various industries, including commercial real estate, energy, managed services, transportation, health care and banking, among others. He is currently the Director of DE&I at Roku, the No. 1 streaming platform in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico by hours streamed. Prior to this role, Jerry was the first Head of Global Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DI&B) at The Kraft Heinz Company. He shaped the multi-year DI&B strategy to achieve the company’s representation and inclusion aspirations for over 38,000 employees in a complex, global and matrixed environment. Jerry was also the first Global Director of DE&I at Hines, a privately held commercial real estate company with 4,850 employees in 27 countries.
