What about the Rice MBA program has surprised you the most?
I was most surprised at the high caliber of students that are in the program with me.  I am continually blown away by how intelligent and accomplished all of my classmates are.  That level of excellence is both humbling and inspiring.

What has been your favorite moment of your Rice MBA experience so far?
My favorite moment has definitely been receiving my offer for my summer internship.  I have never worked so hard to prepare for something, and I never would have had the opportunity to pursue this dream job without being at the Rice Business School

What is your favorite thing about and/or favorite spot in Houston?
My favorite spot is definitely Hermann Park, mostly because my son loves riding the train and chasing the ducks.

In a sentence, what is the one piece of advice you have for prospective students?
Connect with Alumni of the schools you are interested in.  They will give you an honest assessment of what business school is really like, and have a good perspective on the impact business school will have on your career.
