Erin Hulme

Erin M. Hulme has over 18 years of experience in the legal industry and is an advocate for operational innovation and a collaborative workplace culture. She is the Chief Operating Officer of Chamberlain Hrdlicka, overseeing firm-wide operations across the Atlanta, Houston, Philadelphia, and San Antonio offices. A Certified Legal Manager (CLM), she holds an MBA from Rice University's Jones Graduate School of Business, where she served as Cohort Director and Vice President of RBSAO for MBA@Rice and received the M.A. "Mike" Wright Award for leadership and service. An active member of her professional community, she previously served as Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for the Houston Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators and as a member of the association's national Certification Committee. Outside of work, she enjoys the gym, home improvement projects, and gardening.
