Eric Broussard
General Manager of Commercial Negotiations: Divestments-North America, Chevron
Eric Broussard is the general manager of corporate negotiations for Chevron Corporate Business Development. Since 2020, he has overseen asset divestments, acquisitions and major midstream agreements in Chevron Americas. Broussard has held positions as the general manager of price forecasting for Chevron Corp., exploration and production commercial manager for North America and commercial manager for the midcontinent U.S., including Permian assets and deepwater Gulf of Mexico. Broussard’s experience in commercial, operations, project management and technical roles has taken him to California, Louisiana, Texas, Australia, the United Kingdom and the former Soviet Union. He has 35 years of experience in oil and gas since he first joined Chevron in 1989 as a field engineer in New Orleans, Louisiana.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Louisiana Lafayette and an MBA from Sam Houston State University.
