Elena Naids, lecturer in entrepreneurship, is a user experience researcher and strategist. She is dedicated to helping teams adopt human-centered design principles, uncover the right problems to solve and enhance user experiences. Her career spans industries such as energy, aerospace and government. Naids has collaborated with organizations like ExxonMobil and NASA to leverage design thinking and research to address complex business challenges. Holding a Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul University and a bachelor’s in computer engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, she combines technical understanding, design expertise and a strong sense of empathy in her work.
