David Aldrich

David is a Principal for EPAM Continuum, the advisory and consulting wing of EPAM Systems, where he helps clients solve complex business challenges with digital solutions. He has over 8 years’ experience working in management consulting – both in operations optimization for energy companies in Houston – as well as marketing & sales-driven growth initiatives for clients in the retail electronics, automotive, insurance and consumer credit industries. Prior to consulting, David spent 7 years leading marketing and sales efforts for Houston start-ups FlightAware and Rigzone.

David has a bachelor of arts degree from Colgate University in philosophy and an MBA from Rice University (class of 2015). He also serves on the Colgate University Alumni Admissions Program, is a Class Ambassador for Rice Business, and a previous recipient of the Rice Business Alumni Award for Industry Excellence in Consulting. In his free time David enjoys building community in Houston with his wife Jasmine and three children. You can often find him partaking in the Houston food scene, playing golf, and planning the next way to put his family’s passports to use!
