Daniel Gutierrez
Subdirector of Asset Management, North American Development Bank
Daniel Gutiérrez is a seasoned finance professional with over 18 years of experience in project finance, debt structuring, and credit risk analysis. His expertise lies notably in clean energy infrastructure asset management, including utility-scale solar and wind energy projects and other environmental infrastructure projects. He is currently the Subdirector of Asset Management at the North American Development Bank (NADBank), where he optimizes asset management recovery efforts and oversees infrastructure operations. Daniel has extensive experience in the financial industry, having worked in essential roles at Dexia Credit Local, Banco Interacciones (now merged with Banorte), and Fitch Ratings before joining NADBank.
Daniel is an MBA graduate from Rice University (Class of 2014) and holds a B.A. in Economics from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM). He continues to foster his ties to the academic community, leading the Rice MBA Alumni Greater San Antonio Chapter since 2015 and cultivating alumni relationships and growth. Balancing his professional pursuits, Daniel also enjoys spending quality time with his family. On a personal note, Daniel resides in Boerne, TX, with his wife, Karen. They are nearing their 14th anniversary and are the proud parents of two children, Isabella (6) and Alonso (4).
