Dan Altom

Dan earned a finance degree from Texas A&M University and began his career in business valuation and financial planning at a small public accounting firm. Over the years he has founded, expanded, acquired and sold several businesses of his own. He is the owner of Sunbelt Texas, having moved from partner in the brokerage to sole owner, and holds the TABB Certified Business Broker designation. Beyond sell-side brokerage, the firm provides buy-side services for private equity and strategic buyers as well as valuation work. He has also served on local boards and volunteered with organizations including The Woodlands Area Chamber of Commerce and Leadership Montgomery County.
