Cheya Dunlap

As Global HR Integration Leader for Baker Hughes, a GE Company, Cheya is responsible for providing strategic leadership for all areas of Human Resources integration including talent management & development, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, and HR operations & systems for ~70,000 employees across 120 countries.

Cheya has 20 years of HR leadership experience with GE across global business units, locations, and functions. Prior to GE, Cheya held Sales and HR positions with Nestle’ USA and Lieberman Research Worldwide in Los Angeles, California. Cheya earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Tuskegee University, and an MBA from the Peter F. Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University in Claremont, California.

Cheya is a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and she is a member of several professional and civic organizations including the Society for Human Resources Management, Texas Diversity Council, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., The Junior League, and Jack and Jill of America, Inc. Cheya is also a graduate of Leadership Houston.

Cheya resides in the greater Houston, Texas area with her husband and their two boys, Isaiah and Zachary.
