Catherine Goodwin

Catherine is a PCC-certified executive coach specializing in communication effectiveness and leadership development. She works with individuals and groups, helping leaders develop clarity, confidence and the ability to lead themselves and their teams. She is deeply interested in how people find and use their voice — in a presentation, in a difficult conversation, in the work of leading teams through real complexity. 

Her career spans multiple sectors and roles — management consultant, marketing director, telecommunications executive and senior manager of learning and development at Boston Consulting Group. She holds a B.A. in biology from Denison University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
