Carolyn Galfione

Carolyn Galfione is a Wealth Advisor and Director at Linscomb & Williams where she works with individual clients and families providing Financial Planning and Investment management. Prior positions include tax advice and tax return preparation at Melton & Melton, a Houston CPA firm. 

Carolyn graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in accounting, and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in finance from the Rice University Jones Graduate School of Business. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) as well as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner. She is past president of the Rice University Business School Alumni Association, serves as a board member and former finance committee chair of the Women's Resource of Greater Houston, is Treasurer for +Works ( a non-profit organization focusing on anti-bullying programs in schools) and is a member of the Executive Women's Partnership (EWP) Committee for the Greater Houston Partnership. Carolyn is currently a member of Financial Planning Association and Chartered Financial Analyst Society of Houston.
