Brian Marin Silva

Brian is a Professional MBA student at Rice University, expected to graduate in May 2026. He serves as a First-Year Representative for the Rice Energy Finance Summit (REFS), is a member of the Energy and Clean Tech Association, and is participating in the Rice Cleantech Innovation Competition (RCIC). He is also an active member of the Latin Business Student Association.

Currently, Brian is a regional sales manager for Dynasol Group and a leader in the petrochemical industry. He oversees sales for the USA and Canada, focusing on Solution sSBR and SBS products used in various applications such as tires, adhesives, and asphalt modification. Under his leadership, the division has generated $44.6MM in revenue as of September 2024, with Brian driving key client negotiations and strategic sales initiatives.

Fluent in Spanish, Italian, and English, Brian is passionate about leveraging his language skills and business acumen to foster meaningful relationships and deliver impactful results. Outside of work and school, Brian enjoys cooking and grilling, reading non-fiction books, and exercising.
