Brad Caldwell

Brad Caldwell has over 28 year of experience within the chemical industry working for LyondellBasell. He is currently Director of Energy and Carbon Reporting in LyondellBasell’s Net Zero organization since January 2023. Prior to his current role, he was responsible for global variable cost improvement,  where energy efficiency was a pillar of the program. He has diverse experience in manufacturing roles ranging from process/production engineering to operations and technical management, as well as global corporate roles, such as being a Six Sigma Master Blackbelt for LyondellBasell’s Six Sigma program. He is an alumni of Louisiana Tech University (class of 1995) and is currently getting his EMBA from Rice University (class of 2024).
