Anna Ha

Anna is a partner in Sidley’s Houston office. She concentrates her practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate, securities and corporate governance matters. Anna has represented clients, including several energy industry participants, in a number of public and private transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, restructurings, joint ventures and other strategic alliances. She has been recognized in Texas Super Lawyers as a “Texas Rising Star” for 2014 and 2015.
