Rice Business Gives Back is a student service learning program that allows students, faculty, and staff to give back to the local Houston community. Leadership is comprised of student leaders from the Rice Business Student Association for Professionals and the Rice Business Student Association. Our goal is to connect non-profits with students looking for volunteer opportunities.

Rice Business Gives Back Spring Event 2026
Come volunteer and make a positive impact on the Houston community with Rice Business students - ALL MBA programs are welcome!
We will be serving our beautiful McGovern Centennial Gardens! The park hosts a variety of themed garden rooms arranged situated along a spacious central lawn, the Centennial Green, and are home to more than 490 new trees of over 50 species, 760 hedge shrubs, 55,000 perennial bulbs, 650 azaleas and 4.5 acres of grass, and sections that even produce seasonal vegetables, herbs and fruit trees.
