A native Russian, Elena came to the U.S. after receiving the Fulbright scholarship to study Public Administration at Syracuse University, Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs. Elena has served on the Rice Jones School Alumni Board since 2012 and likes spending time with her family, travelling, and reading about world geopolitics.
