Lauren Thompson is the CEO and Co-Founder of Rust Patrol, a corrosion inhibitor and lubricants manufacturing company, which she started while a MBA student at Rice University. At Rice, Lauren led her team through several business plan competitions, ultimately winning approximately $600,000 in total prizes. Prior to starting at Rice, Lauren managed economic development programs in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Lauren graduated from the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University in 2014 and holds a BA in International Relations with an Economics minor from The College of William and Mary.
