Meagan Sutton

Lecturer in Management - Organizational Behavior

Dr. Meagan Sutton is a lecturer at Rice University's Jones Graduate School of Business, teaching Organizational Behavior in the MBA@Rice Program. As an applied practitioner, she has held roles providing leadership coaching, diagnosing and identifying solutions to team and organizational challenges, leading large-scale change initiatives, and designing and delivering leadership development programs for organizational leaders at all levels primarily in healthcare. Sutton is currently the director of leadership development Houston Methodist, a large multi-hospital academic medical center serving the Greater Houston area.  

She completed her undergraduate in Industrial Organizational Psychology at Abilene Christian University and went on to obtain her masters and doctorate from the University of Houston.
