Lydia Musher

Lecturer in Communication

Lydia Musher is a lecturer in communication at the Jones Graduate School of Business. She is an experienced entrepreneur and leader. Lydia teaches undergraduate and MBA communication courses at Rice and has coached many entrepreneurs on their pitches to investors. She owns an executive-recruiting firm and has worked in venture capital, management and software engineering at firms like Amazon, Microsoft, Netscape and Vulcan Ventures. Lydia holds SB and MEng degrees in computer science from MIT and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she focused on entrepreneurial management and marketing.
