Adam joined Rice Business with more than a decade of experience helping business students use educational opportunities to achieve their goals. As executive director of the Office of Academic Programs and Student Experience, he nurtures and guides the teams focused on delivering a high-quality student experience, and supporting Rice Business students.
Prior to relocating to Houston in January 2020, Adam spent 10 years at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, serving in leadership roles within both undergraduate and graduate degree programs. Passionate about building connections with students, Adam has facilitated immersion programs in Cincinnati, Chicago, Atlanta, Silicon Valley, Dublin (Ireland) and Johannesburg (South Africa). He has previously taught courses in business communication and strategic management.
A native of New Orleans, Adam holds a doctorate in higher education administration from Indiana University Bloomington, a master’s degree in educational leadership from Eastern Michigan University, and a bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University.
