Overview: This two-day course equips you with the knowledge and skills to achieve sustainable competitive advantage and growth in your business. By focusing on key elements of strategy, this course will develop your ability to evaluate, create, and implement value-creating strategies using strategy concepts, techniques and frameworks discussed in class. This course adopts a highly interactive learning approach to enhance your ability to ‘ask the right questions’ in the context of developing strategy, which is a critical skill for any successful leader.
