The REEP 2.0 for Campus and District Leaders is a three-year program for a select number of school districts. The goal of REEP 2.0 is to deepen the impact of the REEP experience and to tailor solutions to the most pressing opportunities and issues within the specific context of the district and its schools. Moving beyond ‚Äúbest practices‚ÄĚ, REEP and the district partnership will focus on precise diagnosis of issues and opportunities and coordinated campus/central office execution.¬†¬†

The participating districts will invest in the entrepreneurial capacity of school leaders to maximize the impact of time, talent, technology and budgets. Additionally, select central office leaders will partake in a parallel cohort to help reduce barriers and promote innovation at the campus level. The participants across the systems will work together to learn new frameworks and approaches specific to their context and priorities within their districts.
