The Rice Customer Management Symposium (RCMS) is an annual conference organized by students and faculty from the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University. The conference addresses emerging topics in the area of customer management for members of the business community working in marketing, business development, and senior management roles. Beginning in 2015, the event will unveil key findings from the Strategy and Performance in the Energy Industry (SCOPE) Trends Survey, a comparative survey of 50 companies in the energy industry.

The 8th annual Rice Customer Management Symposium will be held on Friday, March 27, 2015 in the Shell Auditorium at McNair Hall.
