Khalid S. Alnaji
President, Saudi Refining, Inc.
Khalid S. Alnaji is President of Saudi Refining Inc. (SRI), a subsidiary of Aramco Services Co. (ASC) headquartered in Houston, Texas. He was appointed to this position in August 2013 and is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of SRI. Alnaji began his career with Saudi Aramco in 1986.
Alnaji oversees SRI’s interest in Motiva Enterprises, LLC. Motiva is a joint-venture partnership between a subsidiary of Royal Dutch Shell and SRI. Motiva refines and markets petroleum products in the eastern and Gulf Coast areas of the United States under the Shell brand. Motiva’s three Gulf Coast refineries comprise approximately 6 percent of the total U.S. refining capacity. It also owns 35 distribution terminals that supply gasoline, diesel and ethanol to more than 8,200 Shell branded retail outlets. Alnaji is also responsible for overseeing SRI’s purchase and sale of Arabian crude to Motiva.
He is an Executive MBA graduate of the Class of 2016 at the Jones Graduate School of Business.
