Rice Business Facilities El Paso Finance Center

Location:

This is done through integration into the business school finance curriculum, on-going training, and extra-curricular activities such as trading simulations. The EPFC is home to the M.A. Wright Fund, the business school’s student-managed investment fund.

Supporting a wide variety of learning opportunities requires state-of-the-art technology and a full range of research and analytical tools. The EPFC boasts 12 state-of-the-art Dell DXM610 Blade Workstations offering industry standard software across financial markets (currency, commodities, energy, equities, fixed income, foreign exchange, and real estate). Resources such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and FactSet provide students with access to a wealth of financial data and analytical tools. These tools can also be used for teaching on a larger scale as many resources can be redirected to the 65-seat lecture room adjacent to the Finance Center.

The Finance Center is located on the school's third floor, room 354. Use of the EPFC is available to Rice University students, but is strictly limited to use for academic purposes.
