“ With multiple partners, we needed to get on the same page about the value of our business, and how to grow it. Our ALP team tackled a valuation and business growth project for us, and it’s been transformational. They got us focused on what really mattered in our business and what "healthy" looked like for us. How often do you get a focused group of highly professional, really smart people working on a problem for you? They took real ownership of our business and the challenges we faced – it's evident that Rice just develops students to think about business in a different way. ”
