REEP Summer Institute for School Leaders Admissions

Applicants must complete all of the required application items below. Please note that there is no application fee.

1. Application Form
   Download, save in your computer, complete all fields and submit it via email to applytoreep@rice.edu
2. Questionnaire
   Download, save in your computer, complete all fields and submit it via email to applytoreep@rice.edu 
3. An updated copy of your professional resume
   Please keep it concise (1-2 pages) and save it in Microsoft Word or pdf. Submit it via email to applytoreep@rice.edu 
4. Two letters of recommendation (one from a peer and one from a supervisor)
   They should be written by individuals who have known you professionally and can attest to your potential as a REEP candidate. One of these should be from your direct supervisor. Specific and detailed insights on your work performance and leadership capabilities should offer a well-rounded perspective on your professional history.
   Letters should be saved in Microsoft Word or pdf. Ask the person writing the letter to submit it via email to applytoreep@rice.edu 
5. Official transcripts of all previous coursework (bachelor’s, master’s degree, etc)
   Please contact your former schools and request them to mail the official transcripts to this address:

International Students - If you did not earn your undergraduate degree in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or the United Kingdom, please submit official test scores of either your Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or PTE Academic.

Key Dates: 

Once the application is fully submitted, the REEP Admissions Team will process the information and may schedule select candidates to be interviewed (by invitation only).

Please remember to send all your supporting documents before the deadlines. We do not accept documents after the deadlines. REEP will not review incomplete applications. An application is considered complete once we have received all five items listed in the application checklist. It is the candidate’s responsibility to follow up with REEP and ensure that the school transcripts and letters of recommendation were received in a timely manner.

The decision letters are sent to the address listed on your application. It is very important to contact your admissions representative if you have moved since you submitted your application and have an address change or new phone number.
