• The Rice REEP MBA for School Leaders is a two-year program designed for educators who wish to expand their knowledge of business to boost earning potential, while achieving specific professional objectives such as obtaining school leadership positions in K-12 public school campuses or charter schools. It offers a unique opportunity to earn a degree while continuing to work.

• The Rice REEP Business Fellowship for School Leaders is a one-year graduate certificate program for educators who already hold a Master’s Degree but wish to invest in a more in-depth business training by focusing on leadership, problem solving and innovation skills in order to develop hands-on solutions to effect powerful change.

• The Rice REEP Summer Institute for School Leaders is a two-week course for educators who already hold a Master’s Degree and wish to immerse in an intense professional development program in order to strengthen their leadership skills. Most of the participants in this program are current REEP MBA students and REEP Business Fellowship students, however the Institute is also open to the general public, educators who are not REEP students.
