The curriculum is rigorous and blends cutting edge academic theory with practical thinking and experiences. During the first year of the MBA, students will enroll in core classes offered in the MBA for Professionals curriculum.
In the summer between the first and second MBA year, students will join the REEP Business Fellowship students and form the REEP Cohort. The cohort will participate in the REEP Summer Institute. The REEP Summer Institute will focus on leadership, problem solving and innovation in public schools.
During the second year of the MBA, students will enroll in elective classes offered in the MBA for Professionals curriculum and attend the REEP practicum. The REEP practicum includes a series of education-related classes, peer-based mentoring, a field advisory, speaker series, an innovative project and monthly assignments. REEP MBA students must also participate in the Principal Certification program unless already certified.
