Sara Hesson / Rice MBA Full Time / Class of 2013
Sara Hesson is a Senior Consultant in the Retail practice of Kalypso LP, the world’s premier innovation consulting firm. She conducts innovation capability assessments and leads strategic collaboration projects with product lifecycle management (PLM) technology partners. She has experience leading stakeholder workshops, facilitating business requirements gathering and process maps development, selecting and implementing enabling technology, developing training materials, and helping clients obtain budget approval for significant strategy and operation (S&O), process and technology initiatives. Prior to joining Kalypso, Sara did real estate tax consulting and corporate real estate for Whole Foods Market. She holds an MBA from Rice University and a BS from Texas A&M University.

Craig Ceccanti / Rice MBA for Professionals / Class of 2008
Craig Ceccanti is a founding member and CEO of Pinot’s Palette, Houston’s first and premier, upscale BYOB Painting Studio. As a pioneer in the newly developed and rapidly expanding Sip and Paint industry, Craig has directed an innovative start-up business, which is now being franchised nationwide. Outside of Pinot’s Palette, Craig stays true to his background in Consulting and Project Management. He actively devotes his time to supporting young entrepreneurs, charities and alumni chapters in the Houston community. Some of his favorite projects include teaching "Marketing for Small Business" at Rice University's Jones Graduate School and coaching at Vintage CrossFit. Craig received his MBA from Rice University in 2008 to complement his 2003 dual-undergraduate degrees in MIS (BBA) and Computer Science (BS) from Louisiana State University.
Molina Diego Molina / Rice MBA for Executives / Class of 2009
Diego Molina is a director responsible for marketing risk management solutions and trading structured risk products for Shell Energy North America’s North Region. As team lead, his area of responsibility covers wholesale marketing and trading of derivatives across the Midwest, Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Diego has worked for Shell Energy since 1999 and has held positions in origination and gas operations. Prior to Shell, he held various positions in gas and power at Dynegy Marketing & Trading, and in natural gas liquids at Mid America Pipeline Company. Currently, Diego serves on the board of the M.D. Anderson Family YMCA as chair of financial development. He served in Desert Storm and was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps. Diego earned a BS in Biology with a minor in mathematics from the University of Houston and an MBA from Rice University.
