Edmund Donaldson serves as Managing Director, Portfolio Management for USAA Real Estate Company. He is a member of the USAA Eagle Real Estate Fund, a diversified open-end fund which invests in all major property types throughout the United States.
Edmund joins USAA Real Estate Company from Hines, where he most recently was a senior managing director and member of their Capital Markets Group, he also served as chief investment officer of the Hines U.S. Core Office Fund, Hines REIT and Hines Global REIT with responsibility for investments of over $13 billion in assets. During his 20 years with Hines, Edmund invested across asset classes in over 30 major U.S. markets as well as in the United Kingdom, Russia, Poland, France, Germany, Australia and Brazil.
Edmund earned his Bachelor of Arts in Quantitative Economics and Decision Sciences from the University of California, San Diego, and Master of Business Administration from Rice – Jones Graduate School of Business.
